Website Lead Systems provides website-related services, lead capture setup, CRM-ready organization, follow-up support, and related consulting services for small businesses. Because our work is service-based and customized for each client, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
No Physical Product Returns
Website Lead Systems does not sell physical products through this website. Because of that, there are no product returns, shipping returns, exchanges, or gift returns.
Project Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits help reserve project time, begin planning, and start the work required for your website or lead system setup.
If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be considered.
Once work has started, deposits may be non-refundable because time, planning, setup, design, writing, consultation, or technical work may have already been performed.
Completed Work
Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Completed work may include, but is not limited to:
Website design or redesign
Website copywriting
Service page creation
Lead capture form setup
CRM-related setup or organization
Follow-up structure or templates
Consulting time
Website revisions
Technical setup
Project planning and strategy work
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting Website Lead Systems in writing.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, time already spent, or services already delivered.
Any remaining refund eligibility will depend on the project stage, agreed scope, completed work, and any written agreement between Website Lead Systems and the client.
Monthly Support or Maintenance
If Website Lead Systems provides monthly website support, CRM support, or maintenance services, clients may cancel future service by providing written notice.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for work already performed during the current billing period.
Third-Party Costs
Website Lead Systems may help clients set up or connect third-party tools such as hosting, domain registration, CRM platforms, email services, form tools, analytics tools, or other software.
Third-party fees are the responsibility of the client and are not controlled by Website Lead Systems. These costs may be non-refundable depending on the third-party provider’s policies.

Domain purchases
Hosting fees
CRM subscriptions
Email services
Software subscriptions
Paid plugins or integrations
Advertising spend
Revisions and Client Approval
Website Lead Systems aims to provide practical, professional work that matches the agreed project scope. Reasonable revisions may be included when agreed to in writing.
Clients are responsible for reviewing work, providing feedback, and approving content, pages, links, forms, and contact information before launch.
No Guaranteed Results
Website Lead Systems helps clients improve their website, lead capture process, CRM-ready organization, and follow-up structure. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, customers, rankings, or business results.
Refund Requests
To request a cancellation or refund review, contact us by email and include your name, business name, project details, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
